2007 — Purchase a HP/Indigo 5500 full color digital press. After 6 years of good service, Indigo 1000 has retired.
2006 — CORE Communications/Cascade Printing purchased by Lou Butera.
2006 — Celebrate our 60th Anniversary!!
2006 — Add Mail house services by purchasing high speed ink jet addressing and stuffing equipment.
2004 — Introduced our online Client Resource Center for our clients.
2003 — Eliminate film in prepress with the installation of a Direct to Plate digital platesetter.
2002 — Purchase high speed black image only digital press.

2001 — Purchase a HP/Indigo 1000 full color digital press.
Introduces variable data printing.

2000 — CORE Communications is created to reflect the changes in technology.
We now offer Web development to compliment our printing services.
1998 — Replace 5-color press with new state of the art 6-color press.
1998 — Company adds 5,000 sq ft to building.
1997 — Jerry Boal retires from printing.
1991 — Install 5-color press.
1989 — Introduce digital imagesetting.
1988 — Introduce digital typesetting.

1987 — Company is sold to Ed Rettig, Debbie Lyman, and Jerry Boal.
Refocus on commercial printing.

1978 — Moved to new 10,000 sq ft building on 3rd Street and continues to add new offset and bookbinding equipment.
Focus changed from general commercial printing to software manuals for HP hand held calculator division in Corvallis.
1969 — Robert Lyman, son of Richard and Delores, purchased into the business.
1965 — Company bought by Richard and Delores Lyman from Stan Wallace.
1961 — Offset lithography introduced.

1946 — Cascade Printing opens in Corvallis Oregon.
At this time it was equipped with hot lead and hand set type and our presses were platen and cylinder letterpress.
